Michael Nottleman Signs With the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

Four Year Starter Michael Nottleman Jr. committed to the Yellow Jackets in July of 2025. The 2026 Grad Class attracted attention throughout the prior year with the recruiting process really heating up over the summer season of 2025.

Ultimately, Nottleman made the decision to stay in the state of Georgia and attend Georgia Tech. “Everything fit into place so well. Pitching Coach Matt Taylor is a former Blue Devil, I felt really comfortable with him and the director of pitching development, Coach Jason Richman immediately. Assistant Coach Scott Stricklin coached my cousin at the University of Georgia and they remain friends to this day. Coach Ramsey and his entire staff are incredible, and ultimately, I feel like my future development and chances for success are maximized under their direction. And the education is obviously incredible at Georgia Tech.”

Nottleman will be the 8th Blue Devil baseball player to play at Georgia Tech. We wish him all the best in his senior year and his continuing education at Georgia Tech! Go Blue Devils!
